Sewer Lining Works On Virtually All Sewers & Drain Lines

There is a common misconception that sewer lining will not work on badly deteriorated pipes however this is not the case. The new lining can bridge through large cracks, breaks and even large corrosion holes sealing them off or good. Even if your pipe is 100+ years old as long is it is not completely crushed then your sewer line is most likely a great candidate for lining.

Preparing Your Sewer For Pipe Lining

To prepare your existing sewer line for an epoxy liner, we first run a hydrojet through it blasting the line clear of debris and roots. We also use a high speed circular cutter to hone the old pipe out to a nice clean surface. This will give the new liner a smooth surface to adhere to. If there are any nicks or burs in the old pipe the cutter will shave them off cleanly.

Inserting The New Lining Into Your Sewer Pipe

As shown in the video above, we use a special inversion machine designed specifically for this procedure. The flexible felt liner is saturated to 100% with a resin epoxy then wound into the inversion machine to prepare for the installation. The machine then uses high air pressure to unravel the new lining through the entire length of you old pipe effectively sealing off all cracks breaks and deteriorated areas sealing out roots for good.

How Long Does Lining Take To Install?

In almost all cases for sewer lines that are 150 feet or less our process is completed in just one day or a total of 7-8 hours. Digging up your exsiting pipe is NOT REQUIRED. We will need to make just one small pothole about 3′ x 3′ to gain access to the pipe an install the lining.
